Project Overview:
GROUPAL organized the 2023 Huawei Cloud Summit Benelux in Hilton Amsterdam Schiphol, Royal Parc Soestduinen, Netherlands, for our client Huawei Cloud. The event featured various activities to complement the smooth flow of the forum, including a Welcome drink, brand content display boards, cocktail mixing, golf experience class, interactive claw machine, finger food dinner, live band performance, and a prize draw, creating a vibrant atmosphere. These activities not only facilitated a better understanding of the brand content but also provided a relaxed and enjoyable environment for the attendees. In addition to the event execution, our team designed and customized a range of on-site elements, including display boards, stage lightboxes, decorative light signs, and various promotional materials.
