Project Overview:
Organized by GROUPAL, the “Blooming Cities – Sino-French Exchange and Launch Ceremony of Guangzhou Overseas Flower Market” took place in the Eiffel Tower’s second-floor hall in Paris, France. Bao Wei, Deputy Director of the Civilization Office of Guangzhou, delivered a speech on behalf of the Guangzhou Municipal Government, and Valerie D’Harnoncourt, cultural advisor to former French President Jacques Chirac, attended the event. Over a hundred Chinese and foreign guests experienced the “Guangzhou Opportunities” in the new era, deepening Sino-French political, economic, and cultural exchanges while looking back at history.
