Project Overview:
The four-day event, “2015 Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Cuisine at UNESCO,” featured a series of exchange activities, including a Chinese gourmet banquet, culinary demonstrations of the eight major Chinese cuisines, a Chinese food tasting event, and an exhibition of images related to the application for UNESCO recognition. GROUPAL was responsible for event planning, on-site coordination, guest invitations, material support, and other specific execution tasks. Our professional work was highly praised by UNESCO officials, representatives from various countries at UNESCO, and experts from the Intangible Cultural Heritage Evaluation Committee.
