Project Overview:
Mr. Gaston Lenôtre founded the Lenôtre Culinary Institute in Normandy in 1947, and since then, it has nurtured over 500 world-class chefs and champions. Lenôtre is not only one of the most renowned brands in the French culinary industry but also recognized as a French Living Heritage Company (EPV) by the country. Today, on the exclusive DON JUAN II cruise ship, organized and executed by GROUPAL, artists attending the Taiwanese Night Rock Music Festival in Paris were interviewed by various journalists. They also had the opportunity to taste and exchange views on French desserts with MOFs (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France), distinguished craftsmen adorned with the blue, white, and red emblem.
