Project Overview:
GROUPAL, in collaboration with China Construction Bank, supported the successful listing ceremony of CCB’s European Green Bonds on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Important guests, including Huang Changqing (Chinese Ambassador to Luxembourg), Pierre Gramegna (Luxembourg Minister of Finance), Robert Scharfe (CEO of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange), and Peng Gang (Chairman of CCB Europe), attended the listing ceremony and jointly rang the bell to mark the occasion. This signifies the official listing of CCB’s inaugural Green Bonds on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
